July 19,
We had a much needed low key day at home. Sean was able to clean up the garage and I during Gavin's naps worked on an online photoshop editing class. We headed to the library for a while and did our usually two walks for the day. Definitely a nice way to end the weekend and start to a new week.

I wasn't so sure if the weather would cooperate, but we took Gavin to his first professional baseball game with Grace, Christi, and Phil. The weather was beautiful and the kiddos did great. They sat for four innings pretty well munching on pretzels and Gavin cheering yeahh and clapping when everyone else did. After four innings, Christi and I took Grace and Gavin to the kids area where they have a bunch of outdoor step 2 toys. Grace and Gavin even walked while holding hands! It was too cute! I wish I had my camera for that.

As much as I enjoy going to work, there our times where I just want to be with my boys. I know going to work makes me really appreciate my time home and I am truly thankful I only work 3 days a week. I feel it is a good balance of home and work, but on those days I feel a little sad, like I missing out on Gavin. Sean always cheers me up by emailing me pictures to my phone. Today Sean Gavin, and Carol headed to Costco for some necessities.

Today we went to Dan and Sheila's for a cookout with the entire Chamberlin Crew even Grandpa Chamberlin and Uncle Gar were there. This is Sean's side of the family minus Frank. Carrie also made a beautiful cake for our anniversary. So thoughtful.

What a wonderful day today was. I went to lunch with two of my grandmas and my mom. We had a wonderful time. Later Sean and I went to Legacy for some shopping and dinner a.k.a a ton of appetizer in lieu of dinner to celebrate our 6th anniversary.

Gavin and Sean went over Aunt Lala's with all of his cousins to go swimming. They had a ton of fun and it was great hot day for swimming!

We spent the day cleaning our house from top to bottom as we had a family come to look at the house. I don't think they are the ones that will buy the house.

Gavin and I met Wendi and Danny at Elmwood park. We haven't seen them since February! (Ridiculous) We had a great time. Gavin did not hold still long enough for me to take good picture. Thus far, Gavin has more energy than any other child we play with. He is truly an explorer and a curious little george.

I love to eat heirloom tomatoes in the summer. So many beautiful colors. Although I did not start eating tomatoes until the summer I was pregnant with Gavin.

We had our families over for a cook out. Gavin loved trying to play with all of the big boys climbing the hill in our backyard

Happy Fourth of July! I worked in the am and then went to a bunch of parties in the afternoon. Gavin snuggled for half a second with my friend Tracy on the swings.

Rajah has had a stomach virus the past few days so Malakai and her have been snuggling together in the laundry room at night. Which also means less stairs to go down in the morning and and up at night.

I am super excited about my new find. Once a week we have organic produce eggs and bread delivered on Thursdays all from Ohio farmers. I love that it one less stop at the store which we go several times a week, we are supporting our local farmers and economy, and it is organic healthy food for our family. I heart Organics to Your Door.

Speaking of dare devil...While washing dishes I look over to Gavin who previously was playing with some toys and I see this. What amazes me about this is, he was so quiet climbing on the chair and then onto the table. Before taking him down, I took a picture thankfully the camera was on the counter.

June 29,
Gavin had his 15th month doctor's appointment with Dr. Levy. Gavin gained 3 pounds in three months and has finally reached 20 lbs. Dr. Levy was very impressed by his motor skills and verbal skills. She said that he is talking at a 2 year level. Gavin is slightly anemic as he has been fighting eating meat lately so we will be giving him an iron supplement. He received his MMR shot and he just rolled with the punches and did not make much of a fuss. I went to work and later Gavin and crew headed to Penisula to look at the trains and walk the path. I love this picture of Gavin. He has such a confidence about him; a swagger to his walk. The boy has no fear.

June 28
After such a long weekend the last thing we wanted to do was to wake up and clean the house from top to bottom. But that is what we did Sunday morning because someone insisted on coming to see the house. Which would have been totally fine if she would have actually came to look at the house. She never showed up! Later in the day we went and ate with Papi and Erica. Gavin Erica and I went to visit with Ma-ha, Aunt Marian, and Aunt Debbie.

After work today Sean Gavin and I went to Carrie Cerino's for the rehearsal for Eddie and Aureilija's wedding. Afterwards went for dinner and Gavin was an angel!!!

Gavin and Sean went to up to Grandpa Chamberlin along with a bunch of other family members to see a distant relative that was in town for a few hours. I went for a pedicure and met them up there.
