Should I be concerned? Not really. Gavin loves to take out all of my shoes out of the bins. He recently has started to put the shoes on his feet. Today all of sudden I started to hear this clicking. Gavin was walking around with my heel on! Gavin and I had a very busy day. After breakfast Gavin took a nap and I got all of our things together for church and the picnic afterwards. Church was outside today. In the first 10 minutes of church during worship Gavin wrapped his arms around my neck and put his head on my shoulders and just squeezed me. I could not get enough. Gavin is really at the age where he is way behind snuggling for any period of time especially during the day. I loved it!! He sat on my lap for the entire service it did not make much of a peep. He was soo good. I am sure it helps that we were outside and the weather was perfect. After service, was the church picnic. We had a great time with Nana, Papi, Mimi, Papa, Aunt Erica, Aureilija, Anthony, and Aurelija's two cousins. Gavin took a long afternoon nap and then we headed over to see Papi for Father's Day. It was such a great day although we missed Sean. Sean was at work today. Happy Father's Day!

June 20
We had a low key day at home. I was not feeling the greatest and did not have much energy. Sean and I in the evening went to Lauren's wedding while Nana and Papi watched Gavin. Gavin and I were able to squeeze in some sand box digging.

Sean amazes me. He is able to get so much time sometimes even with Gavin. He has been working on one of the bathrooms as he has had time. Today he was in the middle of painting when Gavin woke up early from his nap. So Gavin and Sean painted the bathroom until Carol could come down so Sean could finish.

I say this many times...sleeping is serious business in our household. We are committed to having a well rested family. Well I am anyway I can't account for husband who functions on five hours of sleep. I am digressing...I love that I got this picture of Gavin sleeping. I don't take pictures of him sleeping anymore as he is a light sleeper and I am afraid to wake him up. However my nightly routine is to take a little light and sneak a peak in his room and watch him sleep. He is just sooo sweet. I look forward to this every night. I look forward to when he is not in a crib and I can add a kiss to the routine.

Gavin is at a stage where he gives love to everyone and everything family, all dogs, inanimate objects, but I draw the line at kissing frogs!

June 16,
One of Gavin's favorite summer activity is to drive this car which I bought off of Craig's List for a great price. Sean also built Gavin a sand box today and I know that will be one of his favorite summer activities too. In the evening, Aunt Carrie, Leland, and Grandma came over so Gavin and Leland could play in the pool, water table and sand box. They had fun!

June 15,
Ewa left yesterday but Grandma, Grandpa, and Mackenize are back from Florida and they brought Aunt Carrie, Pierce and Leland to stay in Cleveland for a few weeks. It is Monday and we are back to the grind with Grandma watching Gavin. Unfortunately, I had a ridiculously busy day at work with only two P.T. and one person who floated from acute which meant I was over an hour late coming home. Days like today I am so grateful that I only work 3 days a week.

Today was the day Sean and I dedicated to raising Gavin a Christian. To teach our son about following Christ. It meant so much to have Ewa be here, our parents, my grandparents, and my brother and sister. Gavin spent the rest of the service in the day care. This was the first time he was there without Nana. He didn't care. He just loved playing with the toys!

Ewa is here for the weekend and I love having her around. Although it does mean that Sean is on his own with dog walks this weekend. Ewa and I spent the day shopping while Sean hung out with Gavin.

As clear as day, Hi Da- eee. Our little baby is putting two words together. Or really his favorite..whaa thesss? aka What's this?

June 10
Do you see this innocent face? Does this look like the face of a very mischievous little boy? Today while we were meeting with the real estate agent, Gavin was trying to grab our attention any way possible including throwing dirt onto the floor saying diiirrr--e diiiirrreeee. Yes Gavin it is dirty! :o)

This is what the house looks as I am trying to clean. As I clean, Gavin tries to help which really just creates more work, but we have fun. I worked extra hard to get the spare room ready for Ewa to come and for the real estate agent tomorrow to help us price our house to sell.

160

Sean getting dinner ready after a busy day with me at work, him trying to work on the house and taking care of Gavin. The kitchen gets crazy sometimes trying to get dinner for the three of us and keeping up with the 50 million times a day Gavin eats.

159

Could this really be my baby? So independent, so confident exploring the world? Sean Gavin and I went to the park and then grabbed some Panera for dinner.

158

Meet the new addition to the family. Well atleast for a short while. This baby bird is in a nest outside our backyard.

GAvin and Sean went up to Uncle Gar and Grandpa's today for a visit.

156

Our babies before the actual baby. They are such great buds.

155

June 3
Our weekly play date with Grace. Of all of the toys they could play with they chose a box and some makeup brushes. Really? Why do we even bother buying toys?

June 2
And once again a new project in the house begins...

153

Today after work and after Gavin went to bed I was playing with our SLR camera and the various settings. I can't believe how many options are on the camera!

Nothing says summer like flowers on the deck.
